Overview

GCP’s PERM-A-BARRIER® HRA system provides proven performance and durability needed for a variety of waterproofing projects. It is compatible with a variety of substrates to create a flexible, monolithic, waterproofing membrane. Our HRA offerings give owners and occupants peace of mind knowing this fully adhered system will restrict lateral water migration, protecting the building from extreme elements. 

Compatibility

PERM-A-BARRIER HRA fits in with GCP’s extensive building envelope offerings. This system easily ties in with PERM-A-BARRIER Air and Vapor Barrier products and PREPRUFE® and BITUTHENE® Below Grade Waterproofing systems – helping to create watertight commercial buildings. 

Performance

PERM-A-BARRIER HRA is a robust waterproofing system made with 100% solids and contains recycled content.  The durable polyester reinforced 215 mil system meets or exceeds CAN/CGSB-37.50. Ideal for use under pavers, concrete slabs and green overburden. Our HRA also accommodates construction schedules and can be applied down to 40°F.
