At GCP, we have an active Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Council, charged with providing leadership supporting the cultivation of an inclusive work environment which will enable GCP to attract and retain key talent and encourage creativity and innovation through diverse perspectives.
Council recognizes that each employee's unique experience, perspectives, and viewpoints add value to GCP's ability to create and deliver the best possible products, services, and technical assistance to our customers. Council, comprised of a mix of management and employee members, meets regularly to provide a governance structure and programming support for the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and formulate recommendations on issues of culture, equity, inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
